1. Purpose
This policy defines NST-D’s rules for program cancellations, deferrals, and clarifies refund eligibility for all upskilling programs.
2. Scope
Applies to all students and applicants enrolled in any program conducted by NST-D, Dubai.
3. Refund Policy
All fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Voluntary withdrawal by the student
- Non-attendance, absenteeism, or program discontinuation
- Personal, medical, financial, or professional reasons
- This No Refund Policy is clearly communicated at the time of enrollment and acknowledged in writing by the student.
4. Program Cancellation by NST-D: In the unlikely event that NST-D cancels a program before its start date
The student may opt for:
- A full refund of fees paid, or
- Transfer of enrollment to another program or future intake
NST-D will notify enrolled students via email or phone in such cases.
5. Program Deferral
Requests for deferral to a future intake may be considered in exceptional circumstances and only if:
- Requested in writing at least 72 hours before the program start date
- Supported by valid reasons and evidence (if applicable)
- Approved solely at NST-D management’s discretion
Deferrals are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued.
6. Communication
All refund, cancellation, or deferral requests must be submitted in writing to contact@noveltyskillstraining.com.
7. Policy Amendments
NST-D reserves the right to amend this policy as needed, with updated versions published on the official website.
